This collection was formulated to pair well with rum. However, these flavors are versatile enough that they also work well in tequila, vodka, champagne, and wine. Use these cubes in any cocktail or mocktail that you think would pair well.

Serve your instant cocktail on the rocks or up. If you don't like a strong drink, feel free to add a mixer like club soda, ginger beer, or a lemon-lime soda pop.

Directions: Muddle/mix 1-2 cubes with a splash of warm water until dissolved. Add rum (1 shot per cube) and serve chilled. Enjoy! Try with a mixer (ie club soda) if you don't prefer a strong drink. Also good in champagne, wine, or a variety of other liquors.

Mojito: Cane sugar, Scrappy's Lime bitters, mojito libre extract, lime powder, mint powder, mojito compound, lime oil, mint oil.

Mango Habanero: Cane sugar, Scrappy's Lime bitters, Bittermens Hellfire bitters, habanero mango concentrate, mango extract, mango powder, habanero powder.

Passion Orange Guava (POG): Cane sugar, Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki bitters, POG artisan flavor, passion orange extract, guava extract, orange powder, guava powder, passion fruit powder.

Coconut Lime: Cane sugar, Scrappy's Lime bitters, coconut powder, lime powder, lime oil, coconut concentrate, coconut cream extract.

Pineapple Coconut: Cane sugar, Scrappy's Lime bitters, coconut powder, lime powder, lime oil, coconut concentrate, coconut cream extract.

Strawberry Mint: Cane sugar, Bittermens Boston Bittahs, strawberry extract, strawberry powder, mint powder, mint oil, strawberry artisan compound.

Please note that our Instant Cocktail Cubes are approximately 0.8 inches cubed, which amounts to a little bit more than 1 teaspoon of sugar per cube. Don't let the small size fool you, each cube offers a huge punch of flavor, made with only the finest bitters, extracts, and other ingredients. This way, you can flavor your alcohol without making your cocktail too sweet.
