Collection: Spring/Summer

These flavors were formulated to highlight the flavors and mood of Spring & Summer. They all are perfect for pairing with a champagne, white wine, vodka, or gin. Individual flavors may also pair well with other spirits. 

We suggest dissolving your cube(s) in a bit of warm water first before adding your liquor. This first step will result in a smooth (not grainy) drink. Then serve your cocktail chilled over ice or up in a martini glass. If you're not in the mood for a strong cocktail, you can add a mixer like a club soda or seltzer.
