These flavors were formulated to highlight the flavors and mood of Autumn and Winter, including the Holiday season. These drinks may be served hot or cold, and individual flavors pair with a wide variety of spirits. 

We suggest dissolving your cube(s) in a bit of warm water first before adding your liquor. This first step will result in a smooth (not grainy) drink. Then serve your cocktail chilled over ice or up in a martini glass. If you're not in the mood for a strong cocktail, you can add a mixer like a club soda or seltzer.

Directions: Muddle 1-2 sugar cubes with a splash of warm water until completely dissolved. Add alcohol of choice (one shot per cube) and serve straight or with a mixer (i.e., club soda, sparkling cider, etc.). Also great served hot!

FLAVORS:

1) Blueberry Lavender: Cane sugar, Scrappy’s Lavender bitters, blueberry powder, blueberry concentrate, lavender powder, blueberry extract, blueberry compound, lavender concentrate, lavender extract, lavender compound, lemon compound.

2) Raspberry Hibiscus: Cane sugar, Bittermens Burlesque bitters, raspberry powder, hibiscus concentrate, hibiscus extract, raspberry concentrate, raspberry extract.

3) Berries & Vanilla: Cane sugar, wild berry artisan flavor, vanilla extract, 18.21 Tart Cherries & Saffron bitters, wild berry extract, berry flavor powder, vanilla powder, vanilla artisan flavor.

4) Elderflower Yuzu: Cane sugar, Scrappy’s Black Lemon bitters, elderflower extract, yuzu artisan flavor, yuzu extract, yuzu flavor oil, elderflower flavor powder, yuzu flavor powder.

5) Passion Orange Blossom: Cane sugar, orange blossom artisan flavor, Bittermens Burlesque bitters, passion fruit extract, passion fruit artisan flavor, passion fruit flavor powder, orange blossom concentrate.

6) Cherry Rose Calamansi: Cane sugar, Old Forester Hummingbird Rose & Citrus bitters, sour cherry artisan flavor, calamansi artisan flavor, rose extract, rose flavor powder.

Please note that our Instant Cocktail Cubes are approximately 0.8 inches cubed, which amounts to a little bit more than 1 teaspoon of sugar per cube. Don't let the small size fool you, each cube offers a huge punch of flavor, made with only the finest bitters, extracts, and other ingredients. This way, you can flavor your alcohol without making your cocktail too sweet.
