These flavors were formulated to highlight the flavors and mood of Autumn and Winter, including the Holiday season. These drinks may be served hot or cold, and individual flavors pair with a wide variety of spirits. 

We suggest dissolving your cube(s) in a bit of warm water first before adding your liquor. This first step will result in a smooth (not grainy) drink. Then serve your cocktail chilled over ice or up in a martini glass. If you're not in the mood for a strong cocktail, you can add a mixer like a club soda or seltzer.

Directions: Muddle 1-2 sugar cubes with a splash of warm water until completely dissolved. Add alcohol of choice (one shot per cube) and serve straight or with a mixer (i.e., club soda, sparkling cider, etc.). Also great served hot!

Christmas (Plum, Coffee, Vanilla): Cane sugar, demerara sugar, Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla bitters, plum extract, coffee extract, vanilla extract, vanilla powder, plum powder.

Frosted Berries (Cherry & Berries): Cane sugar, Woodford Reserve Spiced Cherry bitters, raspberry extract, strawberry extract, blackberry extract, cherry extract, blackberry artisan flavor, strawberry artisan flavor, raspberry artisan flavor.

Holiday Mimosa (Cranberry & Rosemary): Cane sugar, Bittermens New England Spiced Cranberry bitters, cranberry powder, cranberry extract, cranberry compound, rosemary extract.

Sugar Plum: Demerara sugar, cane sugar, Bittercube blackstrap bitters, plum extract, plum compound, plum powder.

Snow Day (Coconut, hint of Chocolate): Cane sugar, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters, coconut extract, coconut flavor powder, coconut artisan flavor, Woodford Reserve chocolate bitters, chocolate extract, Ghirardelli cocoa powder.

Snickerdoodle (Cinnamon & Vanilla): Cane sugar, Old Forester Smoked Cinnamon bitters, cinnamon extract, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, vanilla paste.

Please note that our Instant Cocktail Cubes are approximately 0.8 inches cubed, which amounts to a little bit more than 1 teaspoon of sugar per cube. Don't let the small size fool you, each cube offers a huge punch of flavor, made with only the finest bitters, extracts, and other ingredients. This way, you can flavor your alcohol without making your cocktail too sweet.
