These flavors were formulated to pair with champagne. While you can just drop in a cube or two into an already poured glass of sparkly, we suggest dissolving your cube(s) in a bit of warm water first before adding the champagne. This first step will result in a smooth (not grainy) drink.

These flavors may also pair well in a vodka, gin, rum, tequila, or really any spirit that you think would work. Try the Strawberry Basil in a whiskey or bourbon, or the Blackberry Mint in gin. Your imagination and pantry are your only limits.

Directions: Muddle 1-2 sugar cubes with a splash of warm water until completely dissolved. Add champagne or white wine and enjoy! Also great in gin or rum, or your choice of alcohol.

Note: Our cocktail cubes will dissolve on their own in champagne or any other carbonated beverage; however, by dissolving them in warm water first you will ensure that the cube will be completely dissolved.

Please note that our Instant Cocktail Cubes are approximately 0.8 inches cubed, which amounts to a little bit more than 1 teaspoon of sugar per cube. Don't let the small size fool you, each cube offers a huge punch of flavor, made with only the finest bitters, extracts, and other ingredients. This way, you can flavor your alcohol without making your cocktail too sweet.
