These flavors were formulated to highlight the flavors and mood of Autumn and Winter, including the Holiday season. These drinks may be served hot or cold, and individual flavors pair with a wide variety of spirits. 

We suggest dissolving your cube(s) in a bit of warm water first before adding your liquor. This first step will result in a smooth (not grainy) drink. Then serve your cocktail chilled over ice or up in a martini glass. If you're not in the mood for a strong cocktail, you can add a mixer like a club soda or seltzer.

Directions: Muddle 1-2 sugar cubes with a splash of warm water until completely dissolved. Add alcohol of choice (one shot per cube) and serve straight or with a mixer (i.e., club soda, sparkling cider, etc.). Also great served hot!

Halloween (Pumpkin, Maple, Caramel): Cane sugar, demerara sugar, Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki bitters, pumpkin extract, maple extract, caramel extract, maple powder, caramel powder.

Hot Toddy: Cane sugar, demerara sugar, Bittermens Burlesque bitter, Bittermens Krynhik bitters, ginger extract, honey extract, lemon extract, lemon artisan flavor, cinnamon extract.

Mulled Cider: Cane sugar, Bar Keep Organic Apple bitters, apple extract, orange extract, cinnamon extract, spice extract, ginger extract, orange powder, apple powder, cinnamon powder.

Thanksgiving (Cranberry, Orange, Cinnamon, hint of Sage): Cane sugar, demerara sugar, Bittermens New England Spiced Cranberry bitters, Woodford Reserve orange bitters, cranberry extract, cranberry compound, cinnamon extract, orange extract, sage extract, cinnamon powder, orange powder, cranberry powder.

Solstice (Cardamom, Vanilla, Orange): Cane sugar, King Floyd's Cardamom bitters, cardamom extract, vanilla extract, cardamom flavor powder, orange extract.

Caramel Apple: Cane sugar, Bar Keep Organic Apple bitters, caramel apple powder, caramel extract, apple extract.

Please note that our Instant Cocktail Cubes are approximately 0.8 inches cubed, which amounts to a little bit more than 1 teaspoon of sugar per cube. Don't let the small size fool you, each cube offers a huge punch of flavor, made with only the finest bitters, extracts, and other ingredients. This way, you can flavor your alcohol without making your cocktail too sweet.
